Dez Bryant’s Offseason is Off to a Rousing Start: Detained by Miami Police After a Fight
Dez Bryant, the Cowboys’ immensely talented but nettlesome wide receiver who was kicked out of a mall last year for wearing his pants too low, apparently got into a fight at a club in Miami over the weekend. Black Sports Online had it first, and now WFAA TV in Dallas has confirmed the incident.
A source told News 8 the altercation happened at a Miami nightclub Sunday night. The source said Bryant was detained by Miami police, but there has been no official confirmation he was arrested.
Remember when people thought Bryant was a problem and Dallas should trade him? He didn’t want to get hazed by Roy Williams! As a fan of a team in desperate need of a receiver, I’d welcome Dez Bryant to the Jets’ with open arms. Bryant has never been a problem with the Cowboys. His off-the-field decisions are mostly non-stories. But I’m sure overreaction to this in Dallas will be the NFL’s story of the week, now that Tim Tebow’s been bounced from the playoffs.

you know he doesn’t know the plays, right? 2 years on the team, and Romo has to tell him what route to run after they break the huddle.
He’s also a giant fucking baby who gets frustrated when he doesn’t get the ball, and he doesn’t get the ball because Romo doesn’t trust him. And Romo doesn’t trust him because he doesn’t know the plays.

The New York Jets Colossus:
Give me your tired, your poor, your maniacal egos.
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the crazy-ass wide receivers of the NFL, tempest-tost to me.

Because what that locker room needs is another flashy, self-absorbed diva-in-the-making.

does anybody want to talk about refinancing houses? Does everybody know you can get actual interest down to nearly 3% now?

look into it soon if your rate is anywhere above 4% and you have passable or better credit

70s and 80s clubhouses were the fucking bomb

unfortunately for me I refinanced once already and it was an 80/20 loan back when those were popular. now they aren’t popular (or exist) because the banks gave them to everyone. not to mention my house losing value so I don’t have enough equity to refinance.

sorry ark
we were fortunate enough to put a lot down. so, even tho we probably won’t even get what we paid–because of course no one stays to pay off a house–we’ll still have a nice chunk for the next house
January 16th, 2012 at 5:25 PM
yeah, it was my fault, I didn’t really know what I was doing when I started signing papers. what really sucks is that the bank with the 80% loan is all go on the re-fi, but it’s the 20% one that won’t agree to it. I guess it’s hard to blame them, yet I haven’t ever had a late payment in the 4+ years I have had a loan with them, they just won’t release it.

This wouldn’t have happened if his mother had a real job.

The Jets really just need to trade for Hakeem Nicks already.
Oh wait, that’s the guy who isn’t even top 5 from his own draft class right? Never mind.
