Draymond Green thinks Luka Doncic has an NBA MVP season loading

Luka Doncic has been on quite the press tour lately, following his body transformation. The Los Angeles Lakers man has been in the running for NBA MVP since his second season in the league, but many think that next year will be when he manages to get his first one.
Draymond Green has been one of Luka Doncic's most vocal believers for a few years now. Despite playing a big part in eliminating him and the Dallas Mavericks en route to a championship in 2022, Green has been nothing but complimentary about the Slovenian superstar. And he recently backed him publicly.

“Luka is looking like rookie Luka all over again. The Trade has created that hunger again it seems! Also the perfect year to go win his first MVP award.”

“Luka is looking like rookie Luka all over again,” Green posted on Instagram. “The trade has created that hunger again, it seems! Also, the perfect year to go win his first MVP award.”
In the latest images of the 26-year-old phenom, he does look leaner than he has in years. If he can play even a little defense while putting up offensive numbers close to the averages he has shown himself to be capable of, Doncic will be the frontrunner for the award this season.
The Lakers have added players who could help Doncic's case. The team will need to be a Top 4 seed in the Western Conference if he wants to have a chance. With his new physique and teammates like Marcus Smart and Deandre Ayton, it's more than possible.
