Vin Scully Reading Don Mattingly's Lips is Pure Joy [Video]

Vin Scully is a sports broadcasting icon. His ability to relay information that relates to the action is unbelievable. In the video above, Vin does a little lip-reading of Dodgers’ manager Don Mattingly’s conversation with first base umpire Gary Darling. The result is a lot like watching an old karate movie where the actor’s lips move extremely fast but the translation is only three or four words. It’s spectacular and part of what makes listening to Vin so great.
