James Wilder Jr., Florida State's Running Back, is a Freak of Nature Who Stole Sylvester Stallone's Arms

James Wilder Jr., a Florida State running back, lifts weights, bro. This picture was taken earlier this Spring and as you can see, Wilder has Sylvester Stallone’s veiny arms. According to Bruce Feldman’s “Freak List,” the 6-foot-2 Wilder weighs 233-pounds and has just 4.9 percent body fat. “Wilder also runs in the 4.5s, vertical jumps over 36 inches and bench presses 405 pounds.” Wilder scored 13 touchdowns and averaged 5.8 yards per carry last season.
