Ed West (all 4′ 8″, 135 pounds) fought Josh Montoya on the undercard of last night’s Bellator 91 card on SpikeTV. West came out aggressive in the first round and then landed this gorgeous head kick in the second to end the fight. While the KO was fairly spectacular – you can see two different angles here and here – his celebration might have been better. He runs over to his corner where one of his coaches is hanging over the cage. He jumps up, grabs him and throws him down over the cage to the canvas. Did they practice this? If not, it’s one of the craziest, most spontaneous celebrations in MMA history. If they did practice, well, it’s still pretty impressive. That throw down is WWE-level in its execution.
