Bellator Ring Girls Demonstrate the Rear Naked Choke

During Bellator 90, shortly after King Mo got destroyed by this beautiful spinning back fist by Emanuel Newton the Bellator ring girls were shown on the Spike broadcast. From left to right, that is TNA’s Taryn Terrell and Bellator ring girls Mercedes Terrell (no relation) and Jade Bryce. While this (Bellator ring girls practicing MMA 1) and this (Bellator ring girls practicing MMA 2) are also from last week’s broadcast, Terrell and Bryce appear to have been working on the rear naked choke for years. Ronda Rousey could teach these girls a thing or two about not tapping.

Tonight, Bellator 91 will feature the first title defense of Christian M’Pumbu. Bellator’s light heavyweight champion hasn’t fought since losing a non-title fight to Travis Wiuff in October 2011 at Bellator 55. M’Pumbu will take on Attila Vegh who beat Wiuff during Bellator’s Summer Series in August. The card will also feature the lightweight tournament semifinal fights between Saad Awad and Will Brooks & Jason Fischer and David Rickels. Action starts at 10pm on SpikeTV.
