Vontaze Burfict and Steelers Lineman Exchange Twitter Threats

Le'Veon Bell was injured during Sunday’s Bengals – Steelers game. Bell was diagnosed with a torn MCL. His season is over. Vontaze Burfict is the Bengal who made the awkward tackle that ended Bell’s season. The Steelers generally don’t like the Bengals, but hurting their star running back has the Steelers more annoyed than usual.

Steelers Lineman Vince Williams tweeted that he would “paint” Burfict if he caught him on South Beach. Burfict is from California, Arizona State., and presumably lives in Cincinnati. Threatening to fight him if they met in Florida doesn’t make much sense which is probably why Williams deleted the tweet. Luckily, someone sent Burfict the tweet so he was able to respond.

The Steelers and Bengals play again on December 13th in Cincinnati.
