Rory McIlroy lost his cool on the par-5 16th hole during the third round of the Open Championship. After he missed a 3-wood that landed a little farther right than he liked, he threw, or rather, slammed his club into the fairway causing it to snap.
McIlroy is currently two-over on the day and even overall.
The “grow the game” advocates are going to have a field day with this.
