Masahiro Tanaka gave up five hits during a Yankees 2-1 win over the A’s on Thursday night. With the win, Tanaka improved his season record to 9-1. It was the kind of performance that has people spending hundreds of dollars to buy chairs he briefly used. Above is a video of Tanaka “dancing” with a J-Pop group on a Japanese television show back when he was with the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles. The group in the video is Momoiro Clover Z, the same folks that performs his warm-up song.
