This announcer nailed it. Just when you think you’ve seen it all in the Ontario Hockey League, an over-exuberant fan climbs the rinkside glass and and runs out onto the ice in order to slide into both nets.
The incident happened during a Mississauga Steelheads-Guelph Storm game and caused a brief delay, which didn’t seem to bother the players.
Well, the Mississauga players at least. Their 7-2 lead at the time probably made the moment more enjoyable.
