VIDEO: Did Washington Get Away With an Obvious Targeting of Trace McSorley?

Penn State quarterback Trace McSorley scrambled for a first down during a first quarter drive against Washington. Huskies defensive back Ezekiel Turner contacted him above the shoulders as he slid. The play was not reviewed for a potential targeting penalty, which came as a major surprise.
Subsequent replays show Turner made first contact with his arm, but we’ve all seen less violent incidents dealt with more severely.
