USC Players Punished Steve Sarkisian by Making Him Do Up-Downs
By Kyle Koster

USC coach Steve Sarkisian spoke publicly today for the first time since he created a scene at the Trojans’ Salute to Troy event over the weekend. He explained that it was an unfortunate mix of medication and alcohol that caused him to slur his words and insult other programs. He also said he’d be seeking treatment but does not believe he has a drinking problem.
On a much less serious note, Sarkisian provided some details on how the paid penance to his team. Turns out it was a good old-fashioned physical challenge.
