Tony Finau's Ball Spun from the Back of a Green at Oakmont to Off the Front

Tony Finau suffered the fate of many as he helplessly watched his ball on the par-4 second hole during his second round of the U.S. Open. Finau’s ball landed far enough past the hole that it would appear to have been safely on the green except, nope, this is Oakmont and his ball continued on it’s path down past the hole and off the front of the green.

Finau is currently two-over, which is inside the projected cut at three-over.
