Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors have a 1-0 series lead over the Memphis Grizzlies heading into tonight’s game. In between games 1 and 2, Curry was named NBA MVP. When asked about the league’s MVP, the Grizzlies were very complimentary. Especially, Tony Allen. Via CSN Bay Area:
"“He can shoot the ball pretty good and he got a nice handle,” Allen said when asked what makes Curry special. “But it ain’t nothing I ain’t never seen before.”"
Is that a triple-negative? Or does the inclusion of “nothing” make it a quadruple-negative? Is it a compliment? A complisult?
