Texas A&M's Howard Matthews Ejected From Liberty Bowl for Helmet-to-Helmet Hit

Texas A&M defensive back Howard Matthews earned an ejection from Monday afternoon’s Liberty Bowl for this helmet-to-helmet hit on West Virginia receiver Jordan Thompson. Matthews is a senior so the hit will be his final college play. The penalty kept the Mountaineers drive alive and they subsequently kicked a field goal.
