Saints 21, Panthers 0 and Carolina Looks Like a Team Hurtling Toward Disaster

Nine months ago, the Carolina Panthers were in the Super Bowl after a 15-1 regular season.
Now?
The Panthers are down 21-0 to the Saints, and if the score holds – New Orleans love to blown leads, and it’s not even halftime yet – Carolina would be 1-5 with a home game against the Cardinals next week. It’s not too early to say the season is on the line here in the next six quarters.
Carolina’s only win is a home triumph over the lowly 49ers.
