Ryan Lochte's Sister, Megan Lochte, Went to the Beijing Olympics and All She Got Were These Racist Jokes

Megan: “The Great Wall is misnamed.”

Host: “What should it be called?”

Megan: “Like, fucking huge OCD fence.”

I am amazed that Ryan Lochte is not the dumbest person in his family. Now that this video has gone viral, we might have to wait a while to hear Megan’s take on London, but we do know while she was over there she managed to look like a groupie hanging all over her own meathead brother.

UPDATE: Megan Lochte released a statement to Celebuzz saying the interview was a skit.

“During that time, I played a character on a television comedy show called Closing Time TV, which was a show with different comedy skits, fake news skits and staged interviews,” Megan explained. “The video in question reflects a skit from the show in which I acted as an ignorant guest on a talk show that made ignorant comments.”

While many have slammed the apparent racist ramblings in the video, Locthe’s sister says script was meant to shed light on such narrow-mindedness. “The intent was to make fun of the ignorance of people who actually do not have an understanding of other cultures and speak in racist ways,” said Megan. “The skit and my character were supposed to be making fun of ignorance.”

Honestly, I need to know more about Closing Time. Not just because Baltimore has its own late night talk show, but because she could be telling the truth. She is introduced as a “field correspondent” instead of a guest. Either way, this “skit” isn’t funny. Not because its (extremely) racially charged, but because it isn’t funny.
