Ryan Boatright used a nasty crossover dribble to create separation and hit this game-winning 3-pointer, propelling defending champion Connecticut into the American Athletic Conference semifinals with a 57-54 win over Cincinnati. The Huskies still have work to do to get into the NCAA Tournament, and Saturday’s semifinal against Tulsa may not do it. The teams split the season series, with UConn beating Tulsa by 25 at home, and losing by eight on the road.

Boatright scored 18 points in the win over the Bearcats , and UConn fans are giddy about the prospect of another hot March run behind a speedy point guard.
