Rory McIlroy is Swapping His Nike Woods for TaylorMade this Week at the WGC-HSBC Champions
By Michael Shamburger

Rory McIlroy is looking for a new club manufacturer after Nike decided to leave the business. In his first event of the 2016-2017 season, McIlroy, currently ranked third in the official world golf rankings, may be joining Jason Day (1) and Dustin Johnson (2), who both re-signed with the company last month, on the TaylorMade wagon.
According to Golf Channel’s Tim Rosaforte, McIlroy was warming up with a TaylorMade M2 driver and fairway woods at the World Golf Championships-HSBC Champions in Shanghai, China.
The picture below appears to show McIlroy with a TaylorMade fairway wood and confirm the reports.

If these numbers from Chris Solomon are any indication of how well McIlroy is hitting the TaylorMade M2, get ready for some bombs.
