Reverend, Mad as Hell at Innocuous Alabama-LSU Article, Advocates Beating Writer with Baseball Bat

Even so, the amount of vitriol one reader was able to muster in response to Casagrande’s latest piece is astounding. Imagine being so fired up by what is essentially a fact box. Also imagine thinking that mindless writing is called “dribble.”

Actually, don’t. Taking even one step down that road in make-believe land is frightening.

Casagrande reports that the hate mail was sent by a reverend, which adds a nice cherry to the hateful sundae. I must have missed the part of Corinthians where Paul’s letter suggested they hadn’t played anybody.
