Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellan are Extremely Fired Up for the Super Bowl

Patrick Stewart tweeted out this photo, capturing the utter glee and excitement he and his fellow X-Men castmate Ian McKellan have for Sunday’s Super Bowl. Sir Patrick wrote simply, “Football!!”

While there aren’t any metrics that can prove this scientifically, it’s probably the best photo ever taken of someone wearing a Peyton Manning jersey. Peter Jackson should consider digitally editing that jersey onto McKellen’s Gandalf character in the final installment of The Hobbit trilogy. Could be fun.
