[Obvious disclaimer, based on the past: Check back next summer, though!]

Oklahoma: [A torrent of obscenities.]
Oklahoma State: Darn.
Texas: Yes! Now if we could only convince Missouri to stick around, we keep our Network and the Big 12! Larry Scott, you’re the best!
Missouri: Fuck! We gotta get to the SEC, quick!
Texas A&M: We’re still headed to the SEC, you losers can deal with the Longhorn Network …
Kansas, Kansas State, Missouri, Iowa State and Baylor: Jagerbombs!
Dan Beebe: Oklahoma, why do you hate me?
BYU: Can we come over and play?
West Virginia: Our President would crawl to Austin for an invite to the Big 12.
Big East: Hey Syracuse and Pittsburgh, want to come back?
Syracuse & Pittsburgh: And go through this shit again next summer? Pass.
Notre Dame: We’re cool.

The Pac-12 made it clear that it wasn’t taking Texas unless something was done about the Longhorn Network.

"After Scott met with Texas officials in Los Angeles over the weekend, and the details of what Texas wanted from the Pac-12 leaked out, it became apparent that the Longhorns could not fit into what Scott called in his statement a “culture of equality.”"

The Longhorn Network and ESPN started it all. The Aggies don’t get skittish if not for the Longhorn Network. Oklahoma doesn’t panic about being left out if not for the Longhorn Network and A&M bolting. Ditto Missouri. If the Longhorn Network fell apart, perhaps we get the 4, 16-team Super Conferences.
