Collegiate basketball managers are an under-appreciated lot. They’re the ones out there doing the not-so-glamorous work to help secure victories. You know, like perfecting the skill of shooting a basketball with a towel from way downtown.
Oklahoma State manager Jared Dickey showed off his useful talent a few days ago, casually knocking down a half-court try.
Dickey will be well served by this part of his game as he gets older. The over-30 YMCA game is a “by any means necessary” situation.
