Obama Wants J.R. Smith to Put on a Shirt

As presidents customarily do, president Obama recently phoned the head coach of the NBA champion Cleveland Cavaliers, Tyron Lue, and the president had one thought he wanted to get off his chest right off the bat.
J.R. Smith needs to put a shirt on.

Smith does not seem to have put on a shirt since the Cavs won the title four days ago, and the president has seen enough.
"Can’t be just walking around without a shirt like that for like a whole week. C’mon, man."
Consider that an executive order.
