Nightcap: Will Ryan Tannehill's Run Continue Against Nebraska?

Each team seems well prepared to stop their opponent. Texas A&M has the 13th ranked run defense to slow down Nebraska’s ground game. Nebraska has the second ranked pass defense in the country to hinder the Aggies through the air.  Though, it should be noted, the only comparable offense Nebraska has faced is Oklahoma State (491 yards and 41 points).  The Cornhuskers also allowed 30 points to Iowa State on the road.  This should be close.  Turnovers may decide it.

Notre Dame fans are sanctified and ready for the reenactment of one of the game’s great historical rivalries with Army. It’s the teams’ 23rd meeting in a Yankee Stadium, but the first since 1969. The Irish have won 13-straight, but two of the last three meetings were within a field goal. ND also struggled horribly against the option when they played Navy.

Ryan Mallett should be prolific against Mississippi State. They have the 79th ranked pass defense in the country. The relatively pedestrian Greg McElroy torched the Bulldogs three times for 45 yards or more last weekend. The Miss. St. offense should be able to move the ball against an average run defense, but with Arkansas’ big play potential, it will be hard for them to keep up.
