The St. Louis Rams and Oakland Raiders are both rumored to be moving Los Angeles at some point in the future. Along with the Chargers. And the Jaguars. And probably a few other teams I can’t think of right now. Nothing has been confirmed, but people are looking for every little thing they can to point to as proof that one or more teams are definitely moving to L.A. to play in a yet-to-be constructed stadium. Well, if you’re looking for a sign that somebody is going to L.A., the website Field of Schemes stumbled onto a page on NFL.com for the “Los Angeles Rams.”

Yahoo!’s Shutdown Corner and a bunch of other sites picked up the story as a sign that the Rams are leaving St. Louis. This afternoon, someone else pointed out that there is also a Los Angeles Raiders page. Heck, this one even has a logo that isn’t just a broken link!

Pretty easy to stoke the fires of a two teams moving to L.A. conspiracy theory with this indisputable proof. The only problem is, there’s also a page for the Phoenix Cardinals.

So here are our options:
1.) The Rams and Raiders are definitely moving to Los Angeles
2.) These are just old remnants of franchises’ previous web pages.

Personally, I’m willing to bet there’s a Houston Oilers page covered in broken images somewhere on NFL.com and I’ve got a shiny nickel for the first person to find it. Either that or the Cardinals are changing their name again – and moving back to the NFC East.
