18. San Diego: Melvin Ingram, DE, South Carolina. Melvin Ingram was thought to be in play much earlier, and he looked to be certain to go to the Jets if he wasn’t taken sooner. He’s a productive playmaker, and the talk about “short arms” has knocked him down.

19. Chicago: Shea McClellin, OLB, Boise State. Shea McClellin was rumored to be on the rise, and mentioned with teams like New England in the mid-2o’s. He wasn’t projected here, but Chicago opted for McClellin’s versatility where he can play base outside linebacker and also play as a pass rusher in passing situations.

20. Tennessee: Kendall Wright, WR, Baylor. Kendall Wright could be a great pick at wide receiver, for a team that needs help and weapons for either Jake Locker or Matt Hasselbeck, with Kenny Britt coming off an injury that ended his season.
