Mike Vick Takes Blow to Head, Landry Jones in for Steelers [VIDEO] [UPDATE]

Michael Vick took a blow to the head from Cardinals linebacker Kevin Minter. It appeared as though Vick had a conversation with Ed Hochuli, who sent the Steelers quarterback to the sidelines to be evaluated for a concussion. Landry Jones came into the game for Pittsburgh, though it sounds like Vick may be able to return for the next possession.

UPDATE: Looks like Vick will be back in the second half:

UPDATE II: Vick later strained his hamstring. Jones came into the game again. It’s unknown whether Vick will return.
