Mike Tomlin Drops Bomb On DeAngelo Williams For Peyton Manning Twitter Rant

Mike Tomlin has apparently had enough of DeAngelo Williams blasting Peyton Manning. The Steelers’ head coach tweeted the following after Williams has spent the better part of the past two days ripping Manning on Twitter and other media:
DWill (@DeAngeloRB) quit while you are behind! #Really

Boom.
Williams has basically been saying that lost in all the universal praise for Manning regarding his retirement, was the fact that he was pretty bad this year.
Look Peyton is a hall of fame qb who couldn't play dead in a western last year but career over all is astonishing but last year was ??

Since that initial tweet he has gone on Mike & Mike to defend his comments, claiming Manning was “garbage this year,” and been engaged in several long arguments with Twitter followers.
?ing and he had a mountain of picks and break ups but u find the 6plays all season that looked good https://t.co/HqDZnEICVJ

?u are kidding me right last year Peyton manning without the name would never have been in the NFL anywhere Pete?? https://t.co/C4PvxGztIh

I disagree if he could he wouldn't be retiring and we wouldn't all be saying"it was time"and no one is stopping him? https://t.co/LTLhnVv7tW

I really don’t get what Williams is going for here. Yes, Manning had a bad season overall, but people are praising his entire career, not just 2015.
The fact that Tomlin publicly blasted one of his own players for being an idiot on Twitter is actually pretty great. Seriously, DeAngelo, take your fingers off the keyboard and slowly back away.
