Mike Francesa Knows Classic Gary Busey Character "Chet Steadman" is Not the Cubs 3rd Starter

Mike Francesa is wildly popular, so he deals with idiot fans on a regular basis. Some are actual idiots and some are just playing them in an attempt to get Francesa to say something funny. Brandon in New Jersey called a few days ago to ask the Sports Pope his thoughts about cubs third starter, Chet Steadman. That is, of course, the name of Gary Busey’s character in the classic baseball film, “Rookie of the Year.” Francesa was having none of it. I’m not sure he got the reference. Which is a shame. What I would pay to hear Mike Francesa say, “funky butt lovin’.”
