Michael Bennett: "I Listened to Sam Bradford Again, I Just Almost Threw Up"

Sam Bradford joined the NFL just before the new CBA kicked in, netting himself a humongous rookie contract. He just hit free agency in a raging bull market for anyone resembling a starting quarterback. Those two strokes of luck will net him career earnings north of $100 million. He could retire with that and a Heisman trophy before 30.

Bradford, even at his best fleeting moment, was no more than a league average quarterback. He’s essentially the luckiest player in the NFL. Yet, he still threw a massive hissy fit when the Eagles drafted Carson Wentz in the first round. Worst-case scenario, he gets to sit around next season and collect his $22 million.

Outspoken Seattle Seahawks DE Michael Bennett had little sympathy.
