LeBron James: "I'm One of the Lower Guys On The Totem Pole"
By Ty Duffy

The NBA left us hanging with two days between games, in June. The only NBA news will be coming from press conferences. LeBron James tried to claim he is “one of the lower guys” on the Cavs’ “totem pole” with a straight face.
LeBron said "I'm one of the lower guys on the totem pole" in the Cavs organization and you could hear the snickering from the media

Yes, lower totem guys suspend their potential free agency like the Sword of Damocles for leverage. That’s about as believable as sources claiming LeBron was not consulted about David Blatt’s firing. We’d question whether LeBron got short-changed in the NBA’s votes for Executive and Coach of the Year.
LeBron also compared the Cavs’ decision-making structure to a football team, with himself as offensive coordinator. We’ll presume he had the Buckeyes on the brain, rather than the Browns.
LeBron made this analogy: he is the offensive coordinator, Lue is the head coach and Kyrie is the QB with the plays on his wrist
