Brown’s next move? According to Jeff Goodman, it is to scoop up a point guard, Josiah Turner, who just got an “extreme” DUI. What’s an “extreme” DUI?

"Turner was arrested for DUI greater than .08 percent, possession (in his body) of alcohol as a minor, and being a minor operating a vehicle with alcohol in the body."

Ah. It gets better for Turner, a highly-touted high school prospect who left Arizona in April. Behind the wheel of a 1993 Infiniti, Turner went through a red light and this happened:

"Police said an officer followed Turner down Sixth Street until he turned northbound on Highland Avenue, then noticed that the car he was driving had no visible license plate. Turner could not provide a driver’s license, registration or proof of insurance and also said he only knew the first name of the car’s owner, the police report said."

What a mess. Sounds like the perfect guy to run SMU’s offense in 2013. [Daily Star]
