Lamar Miller has agreed to a 4-year, $26 million deal with the Houston Texans, where he’ll replace the departed Arian Foster. The Texans, who made the playoffs last year, also added QB Brock Osweiler, which is a big upgrade over Brian Hoyer.

That gives Houston a dynamic offense, but it should be noted a healthy Andrew Luck will make it difficult for Houston to win the division.

Miller had a down year in 2015, but was a beast in 2014 (5.1 ypc, 1,099 yards) and only turns 25 in April. Behind a slightly above average offensive line – remember, it was much better with a healthy Duane Brown – Miller should have a breakout year in 2016.

Because the defense is formidable, and they have one of the best receivers in the NFL … the Texans will certainly be a playoff team in 2016.
