Jordan Clarkson had a great dunk on Phoenix big man Alex Len on Sunday. Clarkson got around Ronnie Price and threw down a thunderous one-handed slam on Len. It was so incredible that teammates on the bench had to revive Nick Young with fake CPR. Fun was had by all. After the game, Clarkson explained his inspiration for the dunk and wouldn’t you know it, it was Kobe Bryant. Via the LA Daily News:
“All I remember that is Kobe telling me I’m going to the hole like a light-skinned dude,” Clarkson said. “I have to go to the hole like a dark-skinned dude. As soon as the lane opened up, that’s all I could remember.”
Who says Kobe Bryant isn’t having an impact on his young teammates this season?
