Jordan Spieth is Also Skilled at Throwing Golf Balls at Things

There has been more waiting than usual at The Open Championship this year. And it appears idle hands have come together to create a hot new PGA tradition of throwing golf balls at things. Yesterday Ryan Palmer and Jordan Spieth caddie Michael Greller aimed at holes on the putting green. Today Greller was back heaving — this time trying to land the ball in a small carton with Spieth.

This is far from the most interesting thing that happened on the course today but Spieth’s Tim Tebow-like throwing motion makes it clear he made the correct career decision.

If he can come from behind tomorrow, it will be interesting to see if he gives as demonstrative of a celebration.

It’s the little things in life that bring the most joy.
