Now, let’s watch it again — but this time: with the appropriate music added.
This wonderful moment in sports history occurred today during the Phillies vs. Nationals game, and it’s safe to say it will be on every in-between innings jumbotron blooper reel for probably the next decade.
The Phillies had an absolutely abysmal record of 26-49 coming into today’s game, and when we watch plays like Jeff Francoeur’s in right field today — we are quickly reminded why.
Poor Jeff Francoeur. Poor Phillies. Poor Philadelphia.
P.S. Even the Stroehmann’s Breadman is laughing at this team.
