Michigan safety Jabrill Peppers took a lateral and ran 18 yards through Rutgers’ defense for his second touchdown in as many games. The sophomore now has half as many offensive scores as Charles Woodson did in his 1997 Heisman-winning campaign.

Give credit to Jim Harbaugh for ensuring his best player gets to make an impact on both sides of the ball — but also know a guy like Peppers could make lots of coaches look good.
