Important Von Miller Sex Tape Update: Woman Claims She is Keeping Video for Self-Pleasure

Von Miller was everywhere this offseason. Including Cancun, where he apparently made a sex tape with Elizabeth Ruiz, a woman with 372,000 Instagram followers. A few weeks ago, the story broke that Miller was suing to get the sex tape back to keep Ruiz from releasing the footage.

TMZ spoke with Ruiz this week and says it was Miller’s idea to record their escapades and the video is on both of their phones. As with most relationships, lawyers got involved. Ruiz claims that Miller’s attorney made the first offer to buy the tape and her lawyer simply countered with the $2.5 million figure. If Ruiz’s version of events is true, she never meant for the footage to be for anything besides… personal use.
