ESPN asked several college football coaches what they think of Jim Harbaugh. They were all gracious enough to respond, usually with some sort of euphemism. Well, except for Jim McElwain, one of the people in this video who faced Michigan last year.

So what did we learn?

Three things.

  1. Jim Harbaugh is controversial.
  2. Jim Harbaugh is a seemingly bottomless pit of content.
  3. Meaningful college football needs to kick off soon. Eventually a Harbaugh question is going to set a coach off worse than Mark Dantonio and it won’t be pretty.
