Here Are The Three Fastest Knockouts In UFC History

UFC 141: I posted a preview yesterday. If anything cool happens, I’ll be posting tonight.
Zuffa, the parent company of the UFC, has an army of people who spend the day combing the internet for copyright violations. Full fights, clips, highlights, YouTube, streaming sites… They burn it all to the ground. That’s their right as the content owner. They don’t generally approach online content the way that Bellator Fighting Championships does – by putting their best highlights on YouTube to help promote their product.
The video above shows the good that the UFC is capabable of. It was recently brought to Dana White’s attention that way back in 2006, Duane “Bang” Ludwig knocked out Jonathan Goulet in about 4 seconds. The official record said that Ludwig’s knockout had come at 11 seconds into the first. For years, Ludwig did not receive credit for the fastest knockout in UFC history. That honor went to Todd Duffee who knocked out Tim Hague in just 7 seconds at UFC 102. The records really came into question when Jung Chan-Sung – “The Korean Zombie” – surprised Mark Hominick in just 7 seconds.
You can see all three knockouts by jumping to the 3-minute mark of the video. The official fasted KO in UFC history is named and you can’t really beat 3 brutal knockouts in just 30 seconds.
