A 26-year-old man with a distinctive White Sox tattoo on his face has been charged with shooting another man who declined to take part in a robbery with him near Wrigley Field.

The plan hatched early Sunday morning near the Friendly Confines but hit a snag when the would-be co-conspirator declined to go along with Marcus Harris.

The 25-year-old victim was shot in the back. He remains in serious condition.

Harris was picked up police in a matter of hours because there just aren’t enough people supporting the Sox with facial ink on Chicago’s North Side for him to effectively blend in.
