French Rugby Match Turns Into French Rugby Brawl in Record Time

Here’s some footage from an amateur French rugby match between Le Boulou and Salanque Cote Radieuse. The two teams appear to be just moments into the game when a brawl breaks out of a scrum. It seemingly comes out of nowhere as players go from locked heads to throwing wild slap/punches without warning.

The incredible violence starts around the 3:20-mark, but it’s almost worth it to see the nothingness that precedes the melee. According to reports, six players were tossed. The game continued minutes later as tempers dropped back to normal rugby levels.
