According to Sepp Blatter, “it is high time that world football had a meeting place for its millions of fans.” Exactly, it’s not as though the world is littered with stadiums where they can congregate.

The only surprising thing will be if all $198 million goes to construction costs and all of the 120 jobs it creates are legitimate and filled through fair hiring practices.
