Edward Sarafin: Arizona State Offensive Lineman Announces He's Gay
Edward Sarafin, a back-up offensive lineman for Arizona State, has announced he’s gay in an interview with Compete. He told his teammates last Spring. “It was really personal to me, and it benefitted my peace of mind greatly,” Serafin said. He plans to earn his master’s degree and become a neurologist.
As CFT posits, the time will come sooner than later that the sexual orientation of professional and amateur athletes will cease to be news.
