Dutch Fans Troll A Female Ukrainian Reporter

This poor female Ukrainian reporter from Kharkiv was trying to do a live shot as orange-clad Dutch fans marched down the roadway. She is continually interrupted. I don’t understand anything she is saying, but I’m sure that it was going to be a great moment in local TV history. My favorite is the one-legged wheelchair guy who peels out of the line of fans at the 1:20 mark and flips her skirt up as he speeds by.
