David Ortiz Has Big Plans For Retirement In New SportsCenter Commercial

David Ortiz is in the midst of his final season in baseball and many have wondered how he’ll deal with retirement. Well don’t you worry, because according to a new SportsCenter commerical, the Boston Red Sox slugger has it all worked out.

“Papi’s gonna be rich” – when coupled with the look Ortiz gives David Price – is one of the best lines in a SportsCenter commerical to date. Nothing will never top “Follow me to freedom!” but that was pretty dang good.

On a side note, I’d totally buy Papi’s Fritas or Papi-sicles if they were in the frozen food aisle of my local grocery store.
