David Moyes Being Investigated For Assault in Bar Fight

David Moyes’ 2013-14 just keeps getting better. The recently deposed Manchester United manager is now under investigation, for allegedly assaulting a 23-year-old man in a bar fight.

"“Police are investigating a report of an assault at the Emporium wine bar in Clitheroe,” read a statement from Lancashire police. “Officers attended the bar at about 10pm yesterday (Wednesday, 21 May) and it was reported that a 23-year-old local man had been assaulted by a 51-year-old man. He did not require hospital treatment."

Police cited “a number of different accounts” of what happened and could not confirm details. No arrests were made.
