Comedian Daniel Tosh, who does not particularly care for the New England Patriots, wore an Aaron Hernandez jersey during his show in Boston last night.

While some will surely have an issue with the comedian paying homage to a convicted murderer currently serving a life sentence, they should’t expect an apology. Envelope-pushing is a key part of Tosh’s game plan — even if it’s just co-opting the most popular Halloween costume from the previous year for a sight gag.
