Dan Uggla Smashed a Grand Slam Against the Phillies

Dan Uggla, the Braves second baseman who didn’t even travel with the team during the playoffs last season, hit this monster grand slam in the top of the 9th against Philadelphia to give Atlanta a 9-6 lead. Atlanta trailed Philly 2-1 entering the top of the 8th when they got back-to-back-to-back homers from Evan Gattis, Uggla, and Andrelton Simmons that gave them a 5-1 lead. The Phillies answered that home run rally with with five more runs in the bottom of the 8th inning that included a homer from Domonic Brown.
